How to extract a PDF appendix as a separate file

Steps
- Find the appendix page positions in the PDF viewer (not the printed page numbers).
- Open Extract Pages, upload the report and enter the range, for example 31-40.
- Download the appendix as its own PDF.
Keep the context
- If the appendix does not start with a title, extract the report's title page too and put it first.
- Appendices often say "see section 3". Mention the main report in your message so readers know where to look.
- Tables and figures often continue across pages; check the first and last pages of your range.
Renumbering
An extracted appendix keeps its original printed numbers, such as 31-40. If you want it to read as pages 1-10, add new page numbers in a position that does not overlap the old ones.
