How to extract a few pages from a longer PDF

When to extract
Send one chapter of a report, the signed pages of a contract, or a single statement from a long download — without sharing the rest of the document.
Steps
- Open Extract Pages and upload the PDF.
- Enter the page positions to keep, for example 2-5,7.
- Click Extract and download the new PDF.
Keep it understandable on its own
- Include the page that names the document or the parties, if the extract would otherwise be anonymous.
- Include any pages referred to, such as a definitions section.
- Mention in your message which pages of the original these are.
Extract or split?
Extract Pages puts the pages you choose into one new PDF. Split PDF makes a separate one-page file for each page you choose.
