Files you upload

Files are sent to our servers over HTTPS so the tools can process them. Uploaded files and the files the tools produce are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

If you have a Pro account, a copy of each result is kept in your file history for 30 days so you can download it again. Signed-in users on the free plan keep that copy for 24 hours. You can delete any file from your account at any time.

We do not read, share or sell the contents of your documents.

Usage records

Each time a tool runs we record the tool used, whether it succeeded, the time it took, the file name and size, and your IP address. We use this to enforce the free daily limit of 3 tasks, to fix errors and to prevent abuse. These records are kept until deleted by us; ask us via the contact page if you want yours removed.

Accounts

If you create an account we store your email address, your name if you give it, a hashed password (or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google), your plan and when you last signed in. A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. You can delete your account from your account page.

Messages

When you use the contact form we store your name, email address, message and IP address so we can reply.

Advertising and analytics

Free pages may show advertisements, which can include Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve and measure those ads. Pro accounts do not see ads. If we enable visitor analytics, it records page visits and which tools are used, never file names or document contents.

Service providers

The site runs on Vercel (web pages) and Render (processing), and account data is stored with Turso. Google is used for optional Google sign-in.
