Preparing study notes as one PDF

Group before you merge

Sort materials by topic or week rather than by where they came from. A pack that follows the course outline is far easier to revise from than one ordered by file type.

Steps

1. Turn photographed notes into PDFs with JPG to PDF, one file per topic.
2. Merge the slides, handouts and note PDFs for each topic in order.
3. Use Reorder Pages to move anything that landed in the wrong place.
4. Add page numbers so you can write "see p. 23" in your notes.

Make it usable

• Remove duplicate slides and blank pages with Delete Pages.
• Photos of handwritten notes are images: they will not be searchable, so give each topic file a clear name.
• Keep one pack per module rather than one huge file; large PDFs are slow on phones.
